Job summary

Aurora Prime Investment seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee financial operations across contracting, construction, and landscaping segments in the UAE. You will be responsible for project costing, WIP, AR/AP, and ensuring strong internal controls while supporting business decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in progressive finance roles within multi-entity UAE environments, with IFRS, VAT, and corporate tax knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance and accounting management experience.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory role within UAE contracting, construction, or landscaping sectors across a multi-entity framework.
• Robust knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and local corporate tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project costing, budgeting, and costs-to-complete across contracting, construction, and landscaping projects.
• Manage AR, AP, progressive billing, cash flow, and treasury activities.
• Maintain WIP, fixed assets, and inventory accounting; ensure accurate monthly closings and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and maintain updated company information on portals.
• Lead month-end closing and project reporting across entities.
