Do routine accounting work (in Zoho books & Tally) including VAT filing.
Maintain all records properly.
Maintain & manage inventory, including monitoring of Out Of Stock items.
Will be responsible for documentation pertaining to export / import.
Compile sales reports across all platforms.
Manage Supply Chain.
Perform general HR / Admin related work like attendance management, preparing salaries, employee records etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge about E-Commerce accounting is essential.
We are looking for a candidate who is well versed with Zoho Books & Zoho inventory. Knowledge about accounting, VAT compliances, import-export documentation etc. is essential. Besides this, routine management of assets, vendor coordination for maintenance, and ensuring compliances will also be required.
