Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group seeks a Senior Accountant Transformation to drive finance transformation across UAE and Egypt. The role coordinates governance, prepares review decks, and enables automation within the GBS Finance function.

You will manage action trackers, lead governance calendars, and ensure timely, accurate reporting while collaborating with CFOs and tower heads. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Finance Shared Services/PMO, strong PowerPoint/Excel, BI tools, and ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting decks.
• Proven PMO/project coordination experience.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MOR/DRM decks with KPI scorecards and exec updates.
• Capture meeting minutes and track actions with owners.
• Coordinate monthly governance calendar across divisions.
• Maintain consolidated action trackers with due dates and statuses.
• Escalate overdue actions and report MOR/DRM progress.
• Secure timely updates and evidence from stakeholders.
• Support MOR/DRM packs with KPI dashboards and service scores.
• Validate inputs from towers and Controlling for accuracy.
• Participate in GBS Finance Agile POD weekly sessions.
• Assist BRD and CBA development and track milestones.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from Group leadership.
