Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks a capable Senior Accountant to oversee financial accounting and General Ledger activities, ensuring timely reporting and compliant processes. You will perform reconciliations, assist budgeting, and deliver management reports to support decision-making.

The role requires 3–4 years of UAE/GCC accounting experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365 BC.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of accounting experience.
• UAE / GCC experience preferred.
• Relevant experience in Financial Accounting / General Ledger.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage GL, bank, intercompany, vendor & customer reconciliations.
• Handle inventory, purchase invoices, provisions, depreciation & expense postings.
• Manage intercompany recharges, commissions, royalties & related-party invoicing.
• Prepare financial statements, reporting packages & GP analysis.
• Support budgeting, cash-flow forecasting & annual audit.
• Prepare MIS and management reports, including sales, GP, expenses, and budget analysis.
• Consolidate sales and prepare management reporting.
• Perform accounting activities using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
