Job summary

Masdar is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day finance operations in Dubai, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll support, and month-end close. You will ensure IFRS compliance and accurate financial reporting for projects and group entities.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in bookkeeping, strong Excel skills, and experience with Oracle ERP. UAE VAT knowledge and excellent communication are a plus in a fast-paced, multinational team.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, and cash management.
• Experience with UAE VAT and financial reporting will help.
• Proficiency in IFRS and Oracle ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day AP/AR activities in line with processes.
• Prepare month-end closings, reconciliations, and reports.
• Maintain fixed assets register and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with banks and process payments and bank recs.
• Prepare management reports and project cost tracking.
