Job summary

Masdar, a global clean energy company, seeks an experienced Finance and Accounting professional to manage day-to-day operations, including journals, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations, in line with policy and procedures.

You will oversee month-end closes, payroll, asset register, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and IFRS compliance across Masdar projects and budgets.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, cash management.
• UAE VAT knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience in renewable energy projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily AP and AR activities in line with company processes.
• Prepare and reconcile month-end AP/AR reports.
• Manage payroll and monitor timesheets and leaves.
• Close books monthly/quarterly/annually per IFRS and Masdar policies.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analyses.
