Job summary

3S Capital is a private investment and operating group focused on creating value through people we value. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai, responsible for day-to-day accounting and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT compliance, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• 5-6 years of accounting experience in a corporate or multi-entity environment.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• VAT regulations and compliance knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping, general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and variance analysis.
• VAT return preparation and compliance.
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records and documentation.
• Review financial data for accuracy, investigate variances, and strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with finance colleagues and cross-functional teams on ad hoc reporting.
