1. Oversee the full accounting cycle from journal entries to finalization of accounts
2. Handle cost accounting, budgeting, and monthly closing activities specific to plant operations
3. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory regulations
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and operational efficiency
5. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior management
6. Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting

Skills
