Job summary

BioBlend Compounding Pharmacy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations on-site. You will maintain the general ledger, handle AP/AR, payroll entries, and bank reconciliations, and prepare financial statements with attention to timeliness and accuracy.

The role requires budgeting and forecasting support, cash flow monitoring, cost controls, and strong compliance with UAE tax laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planning.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as MS Excel and other office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll entries and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow and cost controls; ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements.
