Job summary

Confidential seeks aSenior Accountant to oversee Accounts Receivable and Membership accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting. You will lead a small team, reconcile SAP ledgers, and support the Financial Controller with internal controls.

The role requires hands-on process improvement, close collaboration with auditors, and effective communication with internal departments to resolve complex accounting issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Membership accounting processes.
• Reconcile SAP and customer ledger accounts.
• Monitor ageing reports and follow up on overdue balances.
• Train and supervise AR/Membership team members.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants on system developments and enhancements.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve accounting issues.
• Support year-end audit preparation and respond to auditors’ requests.
