We are looking for a Senior Accountant with hospital and healthcare experience to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance in a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will prepare and present financial statements, oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and tax laws, and support audit processes. This role requires conducting financial analyses to inform decision-making, mentoring junior staff, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency within the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports specific to the healthcare sector.
  2. Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts tailored to hospital operations.
  3. Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely transactions and compliance.
  4. Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, liaising with auditors as needed.
  5. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and healthcare financial policies.
  6. Conduct financial analyses to identify trends and improve financial performance.
  7. Mentor and train junior accounting staff in healthcare finance practices.
