Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
2. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly closing reports
4. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other tax laws
5. Handle cost control and project accounting for fit-out projects
6. Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and expense reports
7. Assist in internal and external audits
8. Monitor cash flow management and recommend financial efficiencies
9. Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track project costs

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. ACCA / CA certification (preferred)
3. Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT, and financial regulations
4. Proficiency in SAP (preferred)
5. Excellent analytical and communication skills
