Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks a senior accountant in Dubai to prepare financial statements, cash flow and KPI reports, and handle reconciliations. The role requires 5+ years UAE accounting experience and strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

You will manage day-to-day transactions, VAT compliance, and assist audits, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls in coordination with management. UAE-based role, on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years UAE accounting experience including General Ledger, VAT, reconciliations, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft tools.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic financial statements, cash flow reports, KPI reports and reconciliations.
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including payments, banking, petty cash, credit cards, invoicing, payroll entries and general ledger activities.
• Prepare VAT reports and support VAT audits; assist internal and external audits.
• Support budgeting, financial modelling, cost/revenue analysis, cash-flow forecasting and internal controls with Group Accounting Manager.

Job Description:

Prepare periodic financial statements, cash flow reports, KPI reports and account reconciliations,

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including payments, banking, petty cash, credit cards, invoicing, payroll entries and general ledger activities.

Prepare VAT reports, maintain tax compliance and support FTA VAT audits, internal audits and external audits.

Support budgeting, financial modelling, cost/revenue analysis, cash-flow forecasting and internal control improvements in coordination with the Group Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.

Minimum of 5 years Accounting UAE exp handling Gen Ledger, VAT, Reconciliations, budgeting & Financial reporting.

Proficient in Accounting software and Microsoft tools.

Ability to effectively multitask, manage time-sensitive financial documents, meet deadlines.
