An established industry player is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. In this role, you will prepare financial statements, monitor cash flow, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and budgeting. With a focus on accuracy and detail, you will implement best practices in accounting and provide valuable insights to management. • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting. • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and revenue recognition for maintenance contracts and one-time services. • Review and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws. • Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained. • Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and prepare VAT returns, income tax filings, and other regulatory reports. • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making. • Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting best practices. • Support the Finance Manager in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis. • Collaborate with operations and procurement teams for cost tracking and expense management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CA certification preferred). • Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role. • Experience in the maintenance, facilities management, or construction industry is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation. • Proficient in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking. • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
