Job summary

E-System Solutions FZ LLC in Abu Dhabi invites a hands-on Group Accounting & Tax Compliance professional to lead accounting across UAE and Indonesia. The role is based in our Abu Dhabi office and requires defending numbers, not reviewing others' work.

Responsibilities include IFRS financial reporting, consolidation, UAE corporate tax and VAT compliance, and coordinating with external auditors across two jurisdictions. This is a role for a technically skilled accountant with cross-border exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS
• Reconcile Indonesian PSAK reporting to group IFRS, documenting GAAP differences
• Manage month-end and year-end close across both entities
• Primary contact for external auditors in both jurisdictions
• Maintain Qualifying Free Zone Person status under UAE Corporate Tax Law
• Classify revenue as Qualifying vs. Non-Qualifying Income, with documented reasoning
• Monitor the de minimis threshold and flag any risk of breach before it materialises
• Evidence and maintain adequate substance
• Prepare and file UAE corporate tax returns; manage VAT compliance

Location: Abu Dhabi (office) — group scope covering the RAK entity and Indonesia

Role

Own group-level accounting and tax compliance across two jurisdictions: the UAE free zone holding entity registered in Ras Al Khaimah and PT E-System Solutions Indonesia. The role is based in our Abu Dhabi office. This is a hands-on technical role. The successful candidate prepares and defends the numbers rather than reviewing someone else’s work.
