Job description

We are recruiting for a Senior Account Manager (Saudi National) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role reports to Head of Portfolio.

The Role

Be a point of contact for your clients and develop a strong, long-lasting relationship

Responsibilities

  • Maximize the retention of your portfolio
  • Ensure proper pricing based on policy performance
  • Identify cross and up-selling opportunities
  • Service customers based on company's Service Model
  • Interact closely with other core functions (i.e., Risk, Claims, etc)
  • Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio

Qualification

Bachalor's degree in relevant field

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in similar discipline, preferrably in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Professional services. Experience in Trade Credit Insurance is an advantage.

Market knowledge and Product Excellence

  • Become ambassador of Allianz Trade to the market and offer services supporting the market position of the company
  • Ability to establish and retain a positive network within the market with specific focus on key decision makers and influencers
  • Develop strong technical knowledge
  • Trade Credit Insurance knowledge
  • Basic understanding of commonly used Generative AI / GenAI / Generative Artificial Intelligence platforms such as ChatGPT, as well as an awareness of best practices and the potential risks associated with AI in the workplace to apply.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic
