About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a strong financial markets and technical background, proficient in English and/or one additional language to liaise with external stakeholders in the EMEA region.
The primary responsibilities include engaging with institutional clients, providing exceptional customer-centric service, driving revenue through problem-solving, leading a team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Trading knowledge is highly desirable.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support clients by leveraging your financial markets and technical expertise to recommend solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Drive revenue by analyzing client needs and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Handle high volumes of client enquiries, serving as the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships.
  • Provide exceptional support by ensuring timely responses with accurate information.
  • Resolve time-sensitive client service issues efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with institutional clients and drive revenue through a thorough understanding of our platform.
  • Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot client issues and resolve pain points.
  • Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Provide rotational weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
