A dynamic consultancy firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee project delivery and maintain efficient communication with clients. This role involves managing annual and ESG report projects, ensuring accuracy and fostering lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Arabic, has strong attention to detail, and a collaborative work ethic. The position is a fixed-term contract from October 2025 to March 2026, emphasizing client retention and satisfaction.

This roleemphasizes delivery, relationship-building, and identifyinggrowth opportunities within client accounts, supporting ourAccount Directors to deliver and grow strategic clientdevelopment plans.
Success is measured by your positive impact on the commercialvalue of your client relationships – and the extent to which yourclients become advocates who will want to work with us whereverthey work.
Your development plan will be about growing accounts andsuccess will focus on that outcome.
Please note this role is a fixed-term contract/freelance from October 2025 throughto March 2026.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring anexceptional client experience with efficient, clearcommunication.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients, taking initiative todeepen client relationships and proactively identifygrowth opportunities.
• Oversee the delivery process, from kickoff through completion, managing program details andcoordinating with internal teams for smoothexecution.
• Ensure thorough documentation, including clientagendas, contact reports, and updates on progressand performance against targets.
• Lead scoping and requirements sessions, accuratelydefining project needs and specifications to align withclient expectations.
• Liaise with production teams and specialists, ensuringeach team member’s expertise is utilized to addmaximum value to the project.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing, supportcolleagues, and contribute to team pitches withsupport.

• Client retention: Achieve at least 90% client retention rate.
• Profitable revenue growth; growth to align with client budgets set/20% margin target.
