About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring their travel needs are not only met but exceeded. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
    2. Understand client travel requirements, preferences, and policies to deliver exceptional service.
    3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  2. Implementation (Client Onboarding and Customization):
    1. Manage the onboarding process for new clients following the handover from the sales executive. Conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure clients understand and can effectively use the platform.
    2. Develop and tailor client profiles based on their specific needs. Configure travel policies, approval workflows, and cost centers to align with client requirements.
  3. Revenue Growth:
    1. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from existing clients.
    2. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the corporate client base.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized travel solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue.
  4. Account Planning:
    1. Develop account plans outlining key objectives, strategies, and action plans for revenue growth.
    2. Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Market Planning:
    1. Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
    2. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of client needs.
  6. Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    2. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the corporate travel team.
  7. Report Analysis:
    1. Generate and analyze reports on account performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    2. Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations for optimizing client accounts.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Account Manager in corporate travel, travel management, hospitality or a related industry.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of proven Account Management experience is required for Senior Account Manager applicants, or at least 3 years for Account Manager applicants.
  4. Experience in managing corporate accounts.
  5. Strong background in account management with a record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  7. Experience with CRM systems, including but not limited to HubSpot.
  8. Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
  9. Valid UAE driver's license and access to a car.

Bonus points for:

  1. Knowledge of GDS and LCC Airlines: Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Low-Cost Carriers (LCC) is a plus but not essential.
  2. Technology Savvy: Understanding of technology and its value, with the ability to effectively communicate its benefits to clients.
