A leading RegTech company leveraging AI, ML, and blockchain to digitize and automate compliance and onboarding processes for banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. The organization drives digital transformation across the BFSI sector with cutting-edge solutions and a client-centric approach.

They seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to manage BFSI clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth implementation, ongoing satisfaction, and strategic account growth.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
  • Understand clients' business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of products and services across assigned accounts.
  • Proactively address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Track and report account health and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (with separate targets).
  • Manage contract renewals and drive account growth initiatives.
  • Resolve escalations effectively and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Support the sales team in uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or client relationship roles, preferably in Tech or SaaS.
  • Strong track record managing BFSI clients and delivering business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and work across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve client issues and manage escalations effectively.

Preferred Candidate

  • Currently based in Dubai or open to relocation.
  • Experience with RegTech, IDV, or onboarding solutions is highly desirable.
  • Background working with BFSI clients in the UAE market is a strong plus.

Overall compensation of up to 300,000 AED
