We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, efficient project execution, and the delivery of innovative campaigns that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s business and brand, building strong and trusted relationships.
Represent the agency in all client interactions, fostering a partnership that delivers value and aligns with client objectives.
Project Management & Execution
Manage day-to-day client communications with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Lead the execution of innovative campaigns, ensuring alignment with client briefs, objectives, and business challenges.
Oversee multiple project assignments under tight deadlines, from inception to completion, with minimal supervision.
Track and maintain records of feedback, project statuses, and historical jobs, serving as the go-to contact for client brand inquiries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, production) and external partners (production houses, suppliers, media agencies) to execute projects.
Provide timely feedback and approvals across internal and external creative outputs and presentations.
Creative Oversight & Quality Assurance
Review and ensure all campaigns and content meet client needs, align with briefs, and adhere to creative direction.
Ensure that high volumes of content are managed efficiently without compromising on quality.
Act as the brand custodian, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of client brand guidelines and ensuring all deliverables are aligned with them.
Problem Solving & Proactivity
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, enthusiasm, and a solution-oriented approach to all challenges.
Anticipate client needs and provide strategic input to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and content production.
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
