Your Role

The Digital and Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing and social media strategy. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can drive brand awareness, enhance engagement, and generate leads through various digital platforms.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee management of social, content, and influencer activity across DP World digital programs.
  • Manage and develop client relations, exhibiting best practices in handling client requests.
  • Deliver digital and integrated projects from start to finish, including resource management, project management, budget control, and client liaison.
  • Identify digital opportunities on existing clients and new business processes; experience in working with finance in forecasting.
  • Oversee quality and operational performance of digital output, meeting deadlines, coaching and guiding junior team members, and working closely with hub/large teams across markets.
  • Demonstrate client leadership skills and strategic thinking across digital programs and integrated campaigns.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital and social media within an agency, marketing firm, or editorial digital publisher.
  • Strong leadership qualities, confidence, and excellent management skills.
  • Proven track record in content and social strategies, audience planning/mapping, community management, and innovative technologies.
  • Experience working with both consumer and B2B clients.
  • Passion for using digital to amplify campaigns, ability to partner with clients, and unlock local opportunities to exceed client expectations.
  • Understanding of managing executive profile pages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of developing high-quality strategies, documents, and proposals.
