• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure delivery excellence
• Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and prepare reports

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in PR/communications (agency experience preferred)
• Strong media relations in the UAE and GCC region
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic and English
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
• Strong client servicing and presentation skills
