Job Description

The Senior Account Executive supports client projects by drafting materials such as stakeholder engagement plans, briefing documents, intelligence reports, and executive positioning. They conduct research on client-related issues, coordinate client meetings and events, and work on deliverables under the supervision of a consultant or account manager. The role requires strong communication, writing, and tactical skills, with the ability to interface with staff at all levels and with client organizations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare customized credential packages highlighting capabilities, case studies, and industry notes.
  • Draft initial proposals for client projects.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings, providing insights and suggestions.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding routine matters.
  • Contribute to public affairs or communication materials with minimal oversight.
  • Identify external meetings and training opportunities to enhance sector knowledge.
  • Manage utilization and expectations in coordination with project leaders.
  • Research and monitor relevant issues to understand client concerns.
  • Demonstrate a strong client service ethic and contribute effectively to client accounts.
  • Respond promptly to team requests and communicate progress proactively.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Pursue professional growth through ongoing learning and feedback.
