Job description

Position: Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure exceptional guest service by welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, and promoting hotel facilities.
  2. Manage VIP services, handle complaints, and maintain guest history.
  3. Address guest inquiries and provide information to enhance their experience.
  4. Oversee guest relations to maximize satisfaction and maintain communication with staff and guests.
  5. Engage customers, resolve inquiries, and conduct surveys to support sales.
  6. Lead the Guest Relations team, ensuring operational excellence and team training.
  7. Responsible for managing guest queries and ensuring high customer service standards.
  8. Assist in managing guest service operations and planning for online engagement.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  2. Relevant experience in hospitality, particularly in guest relations.
  3. Fluency in English.
  4. Professional attitude and grooming standards.
