Responsibilities
Customer Outcomes Manager:
Understand customer drivers and business outcomes related to digital transformation. Initiate conversations with customers about digital transformation for assigned accounts. Capture line-of-business wins (e.g., testimonials) for referencing.
Sales Leadership Pivoting to Industry:
Develop understanding of the customer’s industry and needs. Identify opportunities to drive optimizations and new digital solutions based on their needs and strategies.
Executes on Account Plan & Goals:
Manage and execute plans for multiple accounts to meet Microsoft targets and customer needs. Coordinate with extended virtual teams, hold self and team accountable, outline revenue targets, and ensure sales consumption and adoption goals are met. Leverage partners to scale the business.
