Qualifications

Required / Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in an industry such as Transport, Retail, Hospitality, or Entertainment, driving digital transformation, or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, AND 10+ years of experience in an industry like Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, or Education, driving digital transformation, or relevant work experience.
  • Experience with hyper-scalers or tech companies handling enterprise customers, covering cloud, AI, business applications, and security solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

Customer Outcomes Manager:

Understand customer drivers and business outcomes related to digital transformation. Initiate conversations with customers about digital transformation for assigned accounts. Capture line-of-business wins (e.g., testimonials) for referencing.

Sales Leadership Pivoting to Industry:

Develop understanding of the customer’s industry and needs. Identify opportunities to drive optimizations and new digital solutions based on their needs and strategies.

Executes on Account Plan & Goals:

Manage and execute plans for multiple accounts to meet Microsoft targets and customer needs. Coordinate with extended virtual teams, hold self and team accountable, outline revenue targets, and ensure sales consumption and adoption goals are met. Leverage partners to scale the business.

This role is crucial in driving digital transformation and ensuring customer success through strategic engagement and effective account management.
