We are seeking a high-performing Account Director to lead strategic enterprise growth across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across sectors like government, telecom, and financial services, with the ability to engage, build trust, and close high-value deals.

Your main duties will include:

  • Owning strategic enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth across various industries in the UAE
  • Leveraging existing networks to develop pipelines and secure high-impact opportunities
  • Leading end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing
  • Selling experience management and consulting solutions such as VoC, VoE, market research, and CX/EX platforms
  • Collaborating with internal teams across departments
  • Developing account plans, executing go-to-market strategies, forecasting, and reporting progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred
  • 7–10+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in technology, software, or consulting
  • Active network of senior stakeholders in large enterprise accounts in the UAE
  • Proven success in solution selling and closing large deals in experience management or digital transformation
  • Experience selling to complex organizations with long sales cycles
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Hunter mentality, strong business acumen, results-driven
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills
