Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AC Technician in the UAE.
• Strong practical knowledge of AC servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Good knowledge of both indoor and outdoor AC units and their components.
• Ability to independently inspect, diagnose, and rectify AC issues.
• Team leadership and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections for AC maintenance complaints and identify rectification.
• Carry out servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of indoor and outdoor units.
• Attend customer complaints, identify faults, and complete rectification.
• Lead and guide the maintenance team to ensure works are completed on time.
• Maintain service standards and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Coordinate with the team for site inspections and material requirements.
• Handle other general maintenance tasks when AC work is unavailable.
