• Team leadership and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections for all AC maintenance complaints and identify the required rectification.
• Carry out servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of AC indoor and outdoor units and related components.
• Attend customer complaints, identify faults, and complete the required rectification.
• Lead and guide the maintenance team to ensure AC-related works are completed properly and on time.
• Maintain proper service standards and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Coordinate with the team for site inspections, material requirements, and completion of works.
• Be willing to handle other general maintenance works when AC-related work is not available.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician in the UAE.
• Strong practical knowledge of AC servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Good knowledge of both indoor and outdoor AC units and their components.
• Ability to independently inspect, diagnose, and rectify AC issues.
