Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking a Senior Specialist, Creative Graphic Design to drive the brand's visual identity. You will blend 3D packaging and graphic design to deliver cohesive assets across packaging, marketing, and product launches with cross-functional collaboration.

The role calls for 4+ years in packaging design, proficiency in Rhino/KeyShot/SolidWorks and Adobe Creative Suite, and a keen eye for trends, typography, and print production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product/packaging design with a strong portfolio in 3D packaging and graphic design.
• Proficient in 3D design and rendering software and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography and trends in beauty packaging.
• Print design experience and an eye for high-quality production details.
• Interest or experience with AI tools to expand creative output and push boundaries.
• Experience designing for influencer marketing, PR, or gifting moments is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate briefs into visually compelling concepts and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the creative vision of the brand through innovative solutions that elevate identity and consumer experience.
• Develop and execute optimized product packaging from concept through 3D renders to print-ready artwork.
• Analyze briefs to determine deliverables and adapt the design system as needed.
• Ensure all design directions communicate the brand's visual identity, colorways, and layout.
• Collaborate with marketing and production to align packaging with campaigns and storytelling.
• Maintain high design quality across projects and provide guidance to the team.
