Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking a Senior Specialist, Creative Graphic Design to lead brand identity across packaging and assets. This role blends 3D product design, graphic design and marketing to ensure cohesive design language for packaging, launches and campaigns.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative vision into tangible assets, while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product/packaging design with a strong portfolio across 3D packaging and graphic design.
• Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software (Rhino/KeyShot/SolidWorks) alongside Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and current beauty/design trends.
• Strong experience in print design.
• Interest or experience with AI tools to enhance output and push creative boundaries.
• Experience designing for influencer marketing, PR, or gifting moments is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs with clear rationale.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with problem-solving attitude.

Summary

The global design team is responsible for the conceptualizing and development of the brand identity and the execution of best-in-class creative assets across design touch points to support the global brand vision. As Senior Specialist, Creative Graphic Design, you will support in driving the visual identity of the brand, ensuring that design direction and assets align with brand objectives while delivering iconic and cohesive design direction to enhance consumer experience. You will support in translating creative vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the brand's presence across packaging formats. This role blends 3D product design, graphic design and marketing to ensure every touchpoint feels unmistakably Huda Beauty.

Please note that this role is 12-month fixed term contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Product Design

• Support the creative vision of the brand through innovative creative solutions that elevate the brand identity and optimize consumer experience.
• Support the marketing and product development teams with the development and execution of optimized product packaging from concept through 3D renders to print-ready artwork and assist with approving artwork proofs alongside the quality team.
• Analyse design briefs to determine key deliverables and conceptualize based on requirements, adapting the brand design system as needed.
• Ensure all design directions communicate the brand's visual identity, including overall aesthetic, colorways and layout direction.
• Work closely with the marketing and production teams to understand direction for product launches to support ideation and the execution of creative wow moments aligning packaging with campaign objectives and storytelling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the design, NPD, regulatory and marketing teams to ensure design direction is aligned from concept through to execution
• Partner with the creative and production teams, ensuring assets are consistent with brand messaging and on time

Brand Consistency

• Maintain a high standard of design quality across all projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and attention to detail
• Provide feedback and guidance on design concepts to the team, ensuring they meet brand expectations before final approval
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively, while balancing creativity with production timelines

Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness

• Stay up to date with design, packaging and unboxing trends across beauty and adjacent categories and beauty industry developments to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product/packaging design, with a strong portfolio spanning 3D packaging and graphic design.
• Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software (e.g., Rhino, KeyShot, SolidWorks, or similar) alongside Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and awareness of trends in design and beauty as well as an understanding of competitive landscape.
• Strong experience in print design.
• Keen interest, or experience in AI tools to enhance output and support in pushing creative boundaries.
• Experience designing for influencer marketing, PR, or press kit and gifting moments is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to translate creative briefs and concepts into visually appealing designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a problem-solving attitude with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality while working in a fast-paced environment. And ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and the ability to respond positively to feedback
