Job summary

Analog is seeking a Senior 3D Art Generalist to craft high-quality art assets and push innovative 3D solutions across environments, characters, modeling, rigging, and animation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and advance projects in AR/VR and AAA contexts.

You will contribute to bold, human-centered experiences while maintaining art pipelines and driving best practices in 3D art within a globally minded team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in 3D art and design.
• Strong portfolio of 3D art and design work.
• Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences.
• Proficiency in Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D art assets.
• Specialize in 3D art sub-disciplines (environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, tech art, and more).
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate to design and implement solutions meeting business and technical requirements.
• Understand and apply best practices in 3D art and design, including user-centered design principles.
• Maintain and improve existing 3D art systems and assets.
