Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from winning new business to successfully placing high-calibre candidates.
  • Consistently deliver top billing results and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients across Oil & Gas, IT, and Engineering & Construction sectors.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives to grow the company’s presence in the UAE and globally.
  • Source, engage, and secure mid-to-senior level talent for international assignments.
  • Provide strategic hiring advice and market insights to clients.
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking forums to establish a strong market presence in Dubai.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a 360 recruiter with a proven track record as a top biller.
  • Extensive experience recruiting for international clients, preferably in the UAE.
  • Sector expertise in Oil & Gas, IT, or Engineering & Construction.
  • Exceptional business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and grow a high-performing recruitment business.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai and contribute to a dynamic, results-driven team.
  • Valid passport and ability to meet UAE immigration requirements.
