Job summary

Aldar Education are seeking an outstanding Head of Inclusion to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This pivotal role leads SEN and inclusion across the school, shaping strategies and ensuring high standards of inclusive education within the Aldar family of schools in the UAE.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SEN, evidence-based interventions, and the ability to develop and monitor IEPs, plans and training for staff and families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEN/inclusion in a school setting.
• Proven ability to implement strategic inclusion initiatives.
• Experience in developing and monitoring IEPs and care plans.
• Strong collaboration with families, external specialists and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the inclusion team and support staff.
• Promote inclusive practices across all levels of the school.
• Coordinate and maintain SEN registers and data.
• Develop interventions and monitor progress and attainment.
• Provide training for staff and families on SEN and inclusion.
• Collaborate with external agencies and other Aldar schools.
