Job summary

RAI is seeking an experienced audit professional to lead audit strategy development and client relationship management in Abu Dhabi. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality, timely audit plans and reports while coordinating with engagement teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, is pursuing CA/CPA/ACCA/ICAEW, and has 3+ years in a Big 4 firm with IFRS knowledge. Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Pursuing CA/CPA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a Big 4 auditing firm.
• Knowledge of IFRS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the preparation of audit strategy and business plans.
• Promotes team environment by building and maintaining rapport with fellow employees.
• Assume responsibility for small components of engagements and contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel.
• Produces deliverables that are clear, concise, thorough, and of professional quality and are completed in a timely manner.
• Draft reports that are concise and accurate.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes and systems.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Undertaking of CA/CPA/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent.
• Minimum experience at least 3 years with a Big 4 auditing firm.
• Knowledge in accounting concepts and International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills – Arabic Language preferred.
