Job Description:
We are looking for a Full-Time Seller Account Team Leader to join our team in Abu Dhabi on an immediate basis. This is an entry-level internship position suitable for individuals with 0 to 1 years of experience. We welcome candidates holding parent visas, student visas, or GCC citizenship.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the seller account team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sellers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative strategies for enhancing seller accounts and increasing sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing new technologies and tools to optimize seller accounts.
- Utilize startup knowledge and expertise in artificial intelligence, including ChatGPT, to drive seller account growth and success.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations and support to seller accounts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and account activities to management.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience or knowledge of dealing with startups and the startup ecosystem.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and their applications in business settings.
