About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Security - Team Leader to join the Security Team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort.

About the Role:

The main duties and responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring continuous on-the-job training for all Security Officers and maintaining relevant documentation.
2. Conducting regular training sessions for security staff.
3. Maintaining all relevant registers.
4. Reporting incidents or issues affecting fire, life, safety, or property.
5. Protecting the property, people, image, information, and operational capability of Jumeirah, following policies and procedures.
6. Preparing logs for the Director of Security, General Manager, and relevant departments.
7. Monitoring CCTV, fire alarm systems, panic alarms, emergency phones, elevators, and maintaining the security office.
8. Checking contractor logs, visitor logs, key registers, master cards, X-ray machine operation, and property removal logs.
9. Conducting random security post checks at least every 2 hours.
10. Checking fire and safety points, reporting issues, and reacting to emergencies promptly.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• A high school diploma.
• First Aid certification.
