Job summary

Ejadah is seeking an Engineer in Systems Integration to deploy, configure, and support IT-based security systems including IP CCTV, access control, VMS, servers, and networks within client IT infrastructures in the UAE.

You will manage project engineering and installation teams, ensure compliance with technical standards, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver scalable security solutions tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT-focused security systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting VMS, servers, and access control.
• Experience in ELV/security integration projects, UAE/GCC.
• SIRA/ADMCC video guarding experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LDAP, ONVIF; security hardware and software.
• CCNA/CCNP or cybersecurity certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets for resources and equipment.
• Provide technical support and training for end-users.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Establish relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Integrate security systems with client IT infrastructure.
• Design and implement security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, security network).
• Monitor systems for threats and analyze logs.
• Investigate security incidents and manage responses.
