Position Overview

A Security Supervisor maintains constant vigilance of activity on and around the hotel property, reports incidents with documentation, and aims to enhance the safety and security of Guests, Team Members, and others.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel operations and premises vigilantly
• Maintain all security documentation and key systems in compliance with legal and company standards
• Recommend improvements to surveillance, security, and fire systems
• Review incidents thoroughly to prevent re-occurrences
• Train, supervise, and organize the Security Team, ensuring policy adherence
• Conduct regular team briefings

Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous security experience, preferably in environments with high foot traffic
• Experience in planning and enforcing security protocols
• Valid qualifications and knowledge of fire safety, first aid
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance
