What will I be doing?

As a Security Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring hotel operations and premises continuously
• Maintaining all security documentation and key systems in compliance with legal and company standards
• Recommending improvements to surveillance, security, and fire systems
• Reviewing incidents thoroughly to prevent recurrence
• Training and supervising the security team, organizing work schedules, and ensuring policy adherence
• Conducting regular team briefings
