Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is seeking a vigilant security professional to safeguard guests, staff and property across our luxury resort. You will patrol, screen visitors, and coordinate with local authorities while upholding exceptional hospitality standards.

Engage in day-to-day security operations, manage entrances, and ensure a discreet, professional presence at all times. Experience in luxury hotels and strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hotels.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office.
• Sira Security License is a plus.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day security operations to protect guests, staff and property.
• Monitor movement of associates, visitors, and contractors at entrances.
• Handle tasks with diplomacy and discretion.
• Record and manage visitors’ belongings at entrances and loading areas.
• Prevent unauthorized access to hotel floors and back-of-house areas.
• Know the hotel layout in detail and conduct security patrols.
• Be aware of events and daily operations during shifts.
• Coordinate security officers and guard performance.

What you will do

• Actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
• Monitor and to control the movement of all associates, visitors, and contractors leaving or entering the hotel through the staff entrance.
• Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency.
• Record and to control all visitors’ belongings / items when entering and leaving the hotel premises through the employee entrance or loading dock.
• Ensure that unauthorized personnel do not gain access to the hotel floors and back of the house areas.
• Be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout.
• Check all current events, activities, and functions at the time of duty and be aware of daily operations of the hotel.
• To patrol the areas of responsibility and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests
• Assist in training related to the resort emergency procedures when needed.
• Work with local law enforcement when needed.
• Coordinate the responsibilities of Security Officers and Guard ensuring their performance meets expectations.

What you bring

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in 5 stars luxury hotels and resort.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Holding Sira Security License is a plus.
• Strong English language skills.
