  • Perform security testing activities including vulnerability assessments, firmware analysis, reverse engineering, fuzzing, logical attacks, debug interface testing, cryptographic testing, and hardware security assessments.
  • Collect, review, and analyze technical evidence such as logs, traces, binaries, signal captures, measurement data, and test outputs.
  • Document findings, vulnerabilities, and test results in clear, structured technical reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities, tools, configurations, evidence, and results to ensure full traceability.
  • Follow established procedures, quality requirements, information security controls, and applicable cybersecurity standards.
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of security evaluation projects.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of testing methodologies, scripts, tools, and reusable procedures.
  • Participate in technical reviews, knowledge-sharing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and cybersecurity research trends relevant to product security testing.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity evaluation, penetration testing, vulnerability research, software security assessment, embedded systems security, hardware security testing, reverse engineering, or secure product development.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity testing methodologies, vulnerability assessment practices, penetration testing techniques, and common security standards.
  • Experience using security testing, analysis, and debugging tools, with familiarity in scripting and automation techniques for security assessments.
  • Knowledge of secure software development principles, common software vulnerabilities, and vulnerability management processes.
  • Exposure to embedded systems, IoT security, hardware security testing, product security evaluation, cybersecurity research, or laboratory-based testing environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and other cybersecurity, testing, or quality-related standards is considered an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, eJPT, Security+, OSCP, or equivalent cybersecurity qualifications are preferred.
