Job summary

The Emirates Group in Dubai seeks a Security Coordinator within the Facilities Team to support security operations, incident handling, and investigations across the group’s units. You will collate data, manage statistics, and assist in auditing to ensure compliance with ASP and SEMS policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in Aviation Security, strong reporting and investigative skills, and the ability to write concise analyses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in Aviation Security preferred.
• Ability to write reports clearly and work with computer systems.
• Experience in investigation, risk assessment and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities

• Support security operations with statistics, logistics, roster patterns and administration.
• Conduct performance reviews, implement training and ensure consistent policy application.
• Maintain documents, manuals and records for auditing purposes.
• Review SOPs, contracts, and documents impacting operations.
• Assist with daily security requirements (parking, VIP visitors).
• Review incidents and determine actions; coordinate investigations.
• Prepare and maintain fraud databases and issue alerts for network stations.
• Coordinate investigations and compile reports with recommendations.
• Record, analyze and report data to support administration and customer feedback.
