Job summary

Confidential is seeking an alert and responsible Security Guard to protect company premises, employees, visitors, and assets in Dubai. The role includes access control, patrols, monitoring CCTV, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate security records.

Requirements include a valid SIRA Security Guard license, good observation and communication skills, basic English, physical fitness for extended standing and patrols, and the ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid SIRA Security Guard license/card for applicable Dubai roles.
• Experience in security surveillance and incident response.
• Good observation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit points.
• Verify visitors, employees, contractors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas.
• Monitor CCTV and other security systems when required.
• Identify and report suspicious activities or security risks.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain daily security logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
• Check doors, gates, restricted areas, and emergency exits.
• Assist visitors and provide directions when required.
• Support emergency evacuation and fire-safety procedures.
• Report security equipment faults to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with supervisors and emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain a professional, alert, and courteous attitude.
• Follow all company security procedures and site instructions.
