Job summary

EST Group is seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety of our premises, staff and visitors in Dubai. You will patrol, monitor, and protect facilities while enforcing rules and responding to security concerns with professionalism.

Responsibilities include authorizing entry, documenting logs, overseeing CCTV, and coordinating with emergency responders. The role requires good physical condition, basic computer skills, and flexibility for shifts, nights, weekends, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a security guard or similar position (preferred).
• Valid SIRA license (for UAE-based applicants) or equivalent certification.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
• Basic computer skills for report writing and CCTV monitoring.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Professional attitude integrity and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work shifts including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain order and safety
• Authorize entry of people and vehicles and maintain visitor logs
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Report suspicious activities incidents or safety hazards
• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems
• Ensure all doors windows and gates are secured
• Assist in emergencies including fire evacuations or medical situations
• Enforce rules and regulations set by the facility or management
• Write and submit daily security reports
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
