Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Heartist® to uphold guest safety and security across our property. The role focuses on safeguarding guests, colleagues and premises while delivering attentive service.

You will conduct floor patrols, assist guests, report incidents, and help maintain a secure, welcoming environment in line with Accor standards and our Heartist culture.

• Relevant security experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises.
• Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations.
• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
