Job summary

Ennismore in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Hotel Security professional to ensure the safety of guests, staff and property. You will investigate violations, incidents and crises, conduct patrols and assist guests with hotel facilities in a professional manner.

Ideal candidates have relevant security experience, strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, and a high sense of responsibility. The role is on-site at a property within the Accor network in the United Arab Emirates.

• Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises.
• Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations.
• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
