Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a diligent security professional to safeguard guests, staff and property in our Abu Dhabi hotel. You will perform patrols, monitor access points and respond to incidents with professionalism.

In this role you will collaborate with hotel teams to maintain a safe environment, assist guests with information about facilities, and uphold our service standards while ensuring compliance with policies and safety procedures.

• Relevant security experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises.
• Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations.
• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
