Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and report suspicious activity or safety hazards
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, and follow emergency procedures when necessary
Verify the identity of visitors and guide them according to security protocols
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities
Collaborate with the administration team to ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
Assist in managing crowd control during high-traffic periods or events

Requirements

Proven experience as a security guard or similar position
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods
Excellent observation and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Valid SIRA license or other UAE-recognized security certification preferred
Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
