Job description

We are seeking an experienced security guard to join our team at SRS. As a security guard, you will be responsible for protecting the safety and security of our students, staff, and school property.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Patrol the school campus, including buildings, parking lots, and grounds, to monitor for any suspicious activity or potential threats
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, and respond promptly to any security incidents
• Manage the school's visitor sign-in process and ensure all visitors have the proper identification and authorization
• Assist with emergency response procedures, such as lockdowns or evacuations, and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all security-related events and occurrences
• Enforce the school's security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience as a security guard, preferably in an educational or institutional setting
• Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and visitors
• Proficiency in English, and Arabic are preferred
• Valid security guard certification or willingness to obtain one
• Clean criminal background check and security clearance
